Knowledge, experience, and courtesy.

Our firm has extensive experience in all areas of advocacy and planning for the elderly and disabled. We can help you assess your needs and determine the appropriate financial steps or assistance programs available to handle your individual circumstances.

We’re here for you.

The cost of health care, both at home and in a long-term care facility, is increasing constantly.  Paying for the care needed by a family member can be financially devastating.  If you or a loved one is dealing with the emotional and financial burden and overwhelming paperwork associated with pursuing benefits for long-term care costs, we can help you navigate successfully through the system.

We will help you understand the various eligibility requirements for State and Federal assistance, and guide you through the appropriate planning steps to minimize the impact of caring for a loved one.

We will advise you in determining which assistance programs, agencies, and facilities can best meet your individual healthcare needs and financial concerns, informing you of the most current rules and legislation which impact your financial actions taken in the past, present or future.

If a loved one has died and you need to initiate the probate process, we will handle all necessary steps to assist you through this difficult and emotional task. In addition, we can assist with any real estate transactions that may arise as a result of the probate, Medicaid or estate planning process.

Our attorneys handle the establishment of trusts as well as all estate documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxys and Living Wills.  We provide step-by-step instructions for all estate planning.

This firm also assists sellers in real estate closings, and we work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and banks to ensure a smooth process for everyone.
